How we handle information
Albrix Marketing takes the handling of information seriously across all of our services. This page explains, in plain terms, our general approach to privacy and security. It is provided for information only and is not legal advice; specific commitments are addressed in the agreements we enter with each client.
Information we handle
In the course of providing marketing, billing, enrollment, staffing, and administrative support, we may handle business and operational information, and, where a service requires it, patient- or provider-related information supplied by our clients.
How we use it
We use information only to deliver the services a client has engaged us for, working within the client's systems and documented workflows wherever possible. We do not sell client or patient information.
Our safeguards
Working with regulated data
Where an engagement involves regulated healthcare information, the specific responsibilities, permitted uses, and safeguards are defined in the written agreement between Albrix and the client. We follow the terms of those agreements and the client's own policies.
